Do I need an existing offer?

How is this different from a regular ad agency?

Most agencies hand you a report. We hand you a working system. Ads, funnel, CRM, and sales infrastructure are all installed, integrated, and tested together — by the same team. You don't coordinate four vendors. You don't pay four retainers. You don't lose conversions in the gaps between them.

What if my offer isn't dialed in yet?

Then the Brand OS / offer audit is the right starting point — not the install. We'll be honest: if your offer isn't converting in calls today, installing more lead-gen will just pour leads into a leaky bucket. We can do the audit first ($3K), then come back to the install when the offer is sharp.

What happens if I want to cancel mid-cohort?

The upfront install (Launch or Install) is one-time and non-refundable AFTER day 14 — that's when our team has delivered the heaviest work (creative, funnel, CRM build). The 14-day install guarantee covers you BEFORE that: if we miss the deadline, we refund the install fee. Continuity tiers (Shift, Scale) are month-to-month with 30-day notice.

Do you replace my whole team or work alongside them?
