Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
This policy covers weareabundance.com and its subpages (including /assessment, /ai, /scale, /build and /case-studies), our forms, our booking calendars, and the email and text follow-up connected to them. "We", "us" and "Abundance" mean Abundance, Inc., based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our sites at findabundance.ai and tryabundance.ai redirect here and are covered by this policy.
This policy does not cover the separate businesses we operate or build for clients (for example Expert Health, HeyFrosty.ai, or client storefronts). Each has its own policy on its own site.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details when you fill in a form, unlock a video, or book a call: name, email address, mobile number, and anything you type into a message or an application.
- Business details you share on a discovery call, in an application, or during an engagement: company name, role, revenue range, team size, tools you use, goals and constraints.
- Communications: emails, text messages and call notes between you and us. Discovery calls and engagement calls may be recorded or transcribed with notice at the start of the call.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and how far you watched a video.
- Session data from our analytics provider, which may include recordings of how you move through a page (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement). Form fields you type into are masked by default.
- Campaign data carried in the link you arrived on (for example utm_source, utm_campaign) and, where we run ads, an advertising identifier from the ad platform.
- Experiment data: which version of a page you were shown, so we can compare versions.
3. How we use it
- To respond to you, send what you asked for (for example the cheat sheet after you unlock a video), and schedule and run calls.
- To decide whether an engagement is a fit and to deliver it if it is.
- To follow up by email and text about the assessment, the call, and related services (see section 4).
- To understand how the site is used, fix what is broken, and test which version of a page works better.
- To measure advertising, so we know which ads produced a real conversation and which did not.
- To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect the business and our visitors.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the UK or EU), we rely on your consent for marketing texts and non-essential cookies, on our legitimate interests for analytics, security and responding to enquiries, and on performance of a contract once you engage us.
4. Text messages and email
When you submit your mobile number on this site you agree to receive text messages from Abundance, including an automated message sent within seconds of your submission and follow-up messages about the assessment, your call, and related services. Some replies may be generated by an automated assistant on our behalf. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email; use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
5. Cookies, analytics and tracking
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items. Some are set only when the related feature is switched on.
| Name / type | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
ab_assessment (cookie) | Us | Remembers which version of the assessment page you were shown so it stays consistent | 90 days |
abundance_gate_v1, abundance_gate_pending (localStorage) | Us | Remembers that you unlocked a video so you are not asked twice; holds a submission briefly if our server did not answer | Until you clear browser storage |
| PostHog cookies and storage | PostHog (analytics) | Page views, funnel events, experiment assignment, session recordings with form inputs masked | Up to 1 year |
Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) | Meta Platforms | Measures whether an ad led to a form submission or booking. Only loads on pages where we run ads and it is enabled | Up to 90 days |
| Vidalytics | Vidalytics (video hosting) | Plays our videos and measures how much of a video was watched | Per Vidalytics policy |
| Adobe Fonts, Google Fonts | Adobe, Google | Deliver the typefaces on the page. Your IP address is sent to the font server to serve the file | Per provider policy |
| Booking calendar | Our CRM provider | Shows available times and records your booking | Per provider policy |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop a form or video from working. Most browsers also let you send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal; where we are required to honour it, we do.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process it for us under contract: our CRM and messaging platform (which stores your contact record, sends texts and emails, and hosts the booking calendar), our analytics provider, our video host, our ad platforms for measurement, our email provider, our web host and CDN, and our AI tooling providers used to draft follow-up or summarise calls.
- Our partners and team who work on your engagement, bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities or third parties where the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Abundance, our clients or the public.
- A successor if Abundance is sold, merged or reorganised, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Case studies name clients only with their permission. We never publish a prospect's or client's data without written consent.
7. How long we keep it
Contact records are kept while there is an active relationship or a reasonable prospect of one, and then for up to three years so we can honour opt-outs and respond to questions. Engagement records are kept for the life of the engagement plus seven years for tax and legal purposes. Analytics and session recordings are kept for up to twelve months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (section 8).
8. Your rights and choices
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@weareabundance.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm your identity, respond within 30 days (45 days where the law allows), and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information. Cross-context behavioural advertising through the Meta Pixel may count as "sharing" under California law; you can opt out by blocking the pixel in your browser, through Meta's ad settings, or by emailing us. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.
UK and EU residents have the additional rights to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your supervisory authority. Our services are directed at businesses in the United States; if we process your data it will be transferred to and stored in the United States (section 11).
9. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, store data only with providers that offer access controls and encryption, keep credentials out of our public code, and limit who on our team can see your information. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
10. Children
Our site and services are for business owners and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International visitors
We are based in the United States and our providers store data there and in other countries. By using the site or contacting us you understand your information will be processed in the United States, which may not offer the same protections as your home country. Where required we use standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards for transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email or a notice on the site before it takes effect.
